Cancellation conditions

We therefore ask you to let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your booking or if you have to cancel it.
For booking cancellations less than 24 hours in the future, 40% of the total fee is due. For travel bookings, this period is extended to 48 hours before the start (start of the trip).
Unfortunately, the travel expenses incurred by the lady are often non-cancellable and therefore cannot be reimbursed.
In individual cases, we reserve the right to retain an organization fee of up to € 300. The organization fee is to be understood for the effort incurred and exclusive of any additional costs. (e.g. non-cancelable hotel bookings, travel planning, organization of evening program, etc.) and regardless of the time of cancellation.
